 Speaker, Loretta Love Huff, president of Emerald Harvest Consulting

 Loretta Love Huff, The Dream Leader for Business™, is President & Principal Consultant of Emerald Harvest Consulting. She is a seasoned corporate executive with over 30 years of experience in information systems, commercial lending, market research management and human resources. Within H.R., Ms. Huff’s skills include executive/business coaching, conflict resolution and mediation, training, retention, acquisition management and integration, performance management, staffing, employee relations, and compensation.

 

Ms. Huff has worked in large, multi-national corporations as well as small, high-growth operations spanning the hi-tech, financial services, healthcare, entertainment and consumer products industries. Former employers include Apple Computer, Sega of America, Bank of America, Kraft Foods and Sears, Roebuck and Co. 

 

Over the last five years, as a leadership/business coach and performance improvement consultant, Ms. Huff helps clients optimize their performance and accomplish their business and personal goals. She brings strong analytical and problem solving skills as well as an engaging presentation style to her work.  She is a skilled workshop leader and professional speaker. Some of her clients include J. P. Morgan Chase, Monster, National Association of Insurance Women, Maricopa County Department of Transportation (MCDOT) and the Employee Development Department, the National Urban League, Arizona State University,  and the University of California.  She has coached executives, managers and professionals at Hewlett-Packard, Visa, Allstate, State of Arizona, Wells Fargo Bank, KPMG, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Teva Neuroscience, State Farm, and the Mayo Clinic as well as scores of small business owners.

 

Ms. Huff is a Director and officer of the Minority Business Enterprise Input Committee for the Grand Canyon Minority Supplier Development Council. She is a two-time recipient of the prestigious Class I, MBE Supplier of the Year. She serves on the Board of Directors for Gabriel’s Angels, a nonprofit that provides pet therapy for abused and at-risk children. She is also a board member of the Arizona Parkinson Network and the Phoenix chapters of the National Speakers Association and the National Association of Women Business Owners. She teaches Organizational Leadership and Change Management, Systems Thinking, Organizational Behavior and Conflict Management for the graduate division of the University of Phoenix.

 

Loretta is author of the book 6 Keys for Dissolving Disputes: When ‘Off with their Heads!’ Won’t Work, (www.dissolvingdisputes.com) and has appeared on the Phoenix Fox10 affiliate’s Morning News program and radio shows across the country. Loretta has studied psychology and finance, philosophy and strategy.  She received her coaching certification from New Ventures West in San Francisco and is certified by the International Coach Federation.  She holds a B.S. in Psychology from Howard University and an M.B.A in Finance from the University of Chicago.
